The storyline follows three Ethiopians who live different worlds. Salsawi lives in America, and is against time to marry before he turns to 40. Mena, a girl living in Bahir Dar city, is willing to marry anyone who is willing to take her. Love is not an issue for both of them, but they face stern resistance from a strong farmer, Nigus, from Tis Abay.
